We’re Growing Our Team

As the Fairport Harbor Arts & Culture Alliance continues to expand our events and programming, we’re looking for passionate community members to step into Core Leader roles.

Core Leaders help take ownership of specific areas of our events and ensure everything runs smoothly. These roles may support multiple shows throughout the season and work closely with our board and volunteers.

Volunteer CoordinatorRecruits volunteers, manages scheduling, and keeps everyone informed.
Vendor / Food Truck LeadCoordinates vendor communication, setup, and logistics.
Bands & Entertainment LeadWorks with performers on scheduling and event needs.
Production LeadManages stage layout, power, sound, and setup logistics.
Beverage / Beer Tent LeadOversees beverage operations, staffing, and compliance.
Merch LeadManages merchandise setup, sales, and inventory.
Sanitation LeadCoordinates trash, cleanup, and site cleanliness.
Safety LeadHelps plan safety procedures and emergency response coordination.
Parking & Traffic LeadManages parking flow and guest arrival experience.
Sponsor & VIP LeadEnsures sponsors receive visibility and VIP areas run smoothly.
Media & Content LeadCaptures photos and videos for promotions and social media.

2026 Volunteer Signups

    I would like a yard sign!

    Help us promote upcoming FHACA concerts and festivals by displaying a yard sign at your home or business.
    If selected, FHACA will place the sign in your yard the week prior to an event and remove it after the event.
    As a thank you, we will provide 2 complimentary drink tickets to use at our show each time we place a sign in your yard.
    *We cannot guarantee every request. We have a limited number of signs and priority will be given to high-traffic locations.
